Cancellation & Return Policy
We want to make sure you have a clear understanding of your cancellation and return options before placing your order. Policies vary depending on the type of product ordered — please review the section that applies to your purchase. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Nonstandard Orders
Cancellations:
- You may cancel at no charge if your request is received before your order enters production.
- A 65% cancellation fee applies once your order has been released to production.
- Orders that required custom engineering work (NRE) cannot be cancelled once released to production.
Returns:
- A 65% fee applies to all returned nonstandard orders.
- Orders that required custom engineering work (NRE) are not eligible for return.
Standard Products
Cancellations:
- You may cancel at no charge before your order is released for production.
- A 15% fee applies if you cancel after production release but before your order is picked up by the carrier.
- A 30% fee applies if you cancel after your order has been picked up by the carrier.
Returns:
- A 15% restocking fee applies if you have an offsetting order placed at the same time (excluding parts).
- A 30% restocking fee applies if there is no offsetting order.
Blanket Purchase Orders
- Cancellations and rescheduling are not accepted within 30 days of the ship date.
- Blanket orders must be fulfilled within 1 year. If a blanket order is cancelled, 65% of the remaining balance will be due.
