Dart Releases Revolutionary Digital Speed Pot DC Motor Control

The new 153D-PB Series from Dart Controls combines all the latest design and most popular features in DC drives today.  The heart of the 153D-PB Series is the 153D series control, our most complete DC SCR control.  Dual supply voltage (120/240VAC), dual output voltage (90/180VDC) with the output voltage user selected.  Said another way, while 120VAC supply can only output 90VDC, the user can choose with 240VAC supply EITHER 90 or 180VDC output to the motor.

This NEMA 4X / IP67 drive also includes an integral digital potentiometer.  This feature, unique to Dart, allows for precision and repeatable speed settings in 0.1% increments.  No encoder is required.  The 153D-PB Series may be configured to power up at 0.0% speed, or the last setting.  All models offer adjustable HP setting, MIN and MAX speed, and ACCEL or DECEL rates to allow for speed profiling of the motor.  Available in single quadrant (On/Off) and two quadrant (FWD/Off/REV) models.
