And while we do this for the good of our customers, and not to receive any recognition, it is always with pride and humility that we do receive recognition. Therefore, we’re thrilled and honored to have been presented a Partners in Performance Award for 2013 by Grainger, a client/partner of ours for nearly 30 years.

Grainger, the leading broad line supplier of maintenance, repair, and operating (MRO) products, awards this each year to suppliers who consistently provide excellent service, in categories ranging from management commitment and order fulfilling to information integrity and on time shipping. Grainger provides ratings throughout the year to their over 3,200 suppliers, and in the end, chooses less than 1% to receive a Partners in Performance Award.

We’re so proud to have been chosen by Grainger for our “outstanding supplier performance,” according to Grainger’s VP of Product Management and Sourcing, Fred Costello. And while this is our second time winning it in three years, it never gets any less exciting. We place great importance on our partners’ and clients’ satisfaction, and we know that each and every member of our team is responsible for this recognition.

Never ones to rest on past success, we will continue to bring the best products and services to Grainger and to everyone else with whom we work, and look forward to many more years of success.
